Which courses actually boost offers

In the last quarter I’ve had 12 families ask specifically about pediatric CPR (within 2 years), safe sleep, and neurodiversity-informed care, but not all certificates shift offers equally. If you invested in training this year — say, a 6-hour newborn care update or a weeklong RIE intensive — did it measurably improve callbacks, trial success, or rate by at least $1–2/hr? I’m refining our 2026 development plan and want to steer candidates toward programs that truly influence client decisions.

, same — putting pediatric CPR (renewed 2024, within 2 years) and Safe Sleep at the top of my resume bumped two offers by $1.50/hr, and a short neurodiversity-informed care cert helped callbacks with ASD/ADHD families. > 6-hour newborn care update or a weeklong RIE intensive — did it measurably improve callbacks, trial success, or rate by RIE week made trials calmer but didn’t move rate; the 6‑hour newborn update only boosted offers when paired with Safe Sleep — if you’re choosing one, stack CPR+Safe Sleep first?

Quick example: my weeklong “RIE intensive” only moved offers by about $1.50/hr after I put pediatric CPR (valid through 2026) in the header and added one sentence on how I applied RIE during a sibling-transition trial. Before that, the cert by itself didn’t change callbacks; framing it with a concrete outcome did.
