The art of sleep training

I’ve been reflecting on how different each child approaches sleep training… For instance, I recently worked with a 10-month-old who responded beautifully to a consistent bedtime routine. It always amazes me how much a calm environment can impact a little one’s ability to settle down.

I’ve found that introducing a gentle sound machine can help create that calming environment you mentioned. It’s like a cozy background that lets them know it’s time to sleep. Have you tried that with any of your little ones?

So true! I’ve noticed a bedtime book can help signal it’s time to wind down, too — :open_book: How do you feel about that?
