Does anyone have a family operations binder template that covers daily schedule blocks, after-school logistics, chores, meal plan, and key contacts? I’m merging our Google Calendar printout, a transport matrix for Mon–Fri, and a 30-minute evening reset into a single 1" binder before Sept 3 and would appreciate a printable or sample table of contents that’s worked for you.
One thing that’s worked for me: make a laminated front “dashboard” page that shows today’s schedule blocks, the Mon–Fri transport matrix, and a tiny box for the “30-minute evening reset,” so you can mark it with dry-erase and wipe daily. In a 1" binder this keeps the rest light; the only caveat is menus — avoid printing more than a week or it bulks fast. Want me to share the PDF layout I use?
I print the Mon–Fri “transport matrix” as a narrow Dutch-door strip (about 3" wide) that’s hole-punched and trimmed to stick out the side, so it’s always visible in the 1" binder, and I add a tiny QR code to the live Google Calendar for midweek changes… I tuck a small checkbox row for the “30-minute evening reset” at the bottom of that strip and use a wet-erase so it wipes clean each week. If you want, @OP, I can share the one-page template I’m using before Sept 3.
